i have a problem too.
qualcomm and lg tool wont open since i download the latest versions.
i even update my card and it the same problem

no i dont
it just pop up in task manager and disappear.

i uninstall all infinity softwares and install again and the problem still exist.

what sharing/trace/sniff/debug software do you have installed and running ?

AVG the only anti-virus or debug like software i have.

disable avg and its still the same.
maybe im gonna have to format my laptop

version for my sim card is V 0122.02

It's very impontant to use good card-reader for firmware updated.
Never use DITS card-readers for firmware update process !
