Please, note, it's software for advanced users and in some cases you
need to have hardware repair skills to read flash chip content from
damaged phones (f.e. desolder flash chip and read it's content with
external flash-programmer).

If you are interested in some additional software you can contact to
[email protected]

Also you can contact to your local reseller, it may be that they can activate your dongle too.

I see all this "Content Extractor" is a software to extract user data (phonebook) from different mobile phones in case of dead or semi-dead phone.
