I read flash file to support and send it and i see that infinity is support this two model.

I send you several time request over and over why, do process for unlock everything going good with software,

But after finish unlocking this two model, i insert a different provider sim card, and shows me SIM CLOSING, and when it closed it says INSERT SIM.

Please can you help me over this???

Why is doing this, because you told me you are working on it but you told me 1 month ago so please i need help.

Yes, we are informed about this problem well, but we do not have solution for this kind of problem.
Can you sell 638 model to us for detailed tests ?
