could not upgrade firmware - GSM-Forum

When i try to upgrade firmware soft says identity mismatch and contact [email protected]. but my mail returned saying there is no such address. what to do now and to which mail address i have to send?

do same as the soft give YOu info send box info to support infinity team check it and replay YOu as soon as possible

I suggest you to send your mail once again and please, write e-mail address EXACTLY as it was given by software.
