Hi. I received this phone with blink problem. Theres a way to save the user data before repair it? Customer need contacts agend. If its possible, I will buy this dongle. TIA

Hi. I tried with Vygis. The detail is that the phone can only be connected in emergency download mode, and in that mode I just can flash firmware, options for read fw., read nv are unavailable... Any other idea?
