looks like you used wrong file for flashing.
what was your phone original version? you can find this in log file on first operation you did with phone

very easy: open you program log file and check for operation you made with this phone.
whan you find first operation which you did with this phone- you will be able to see Original version of your phone.
find it and post it here

use this N99 file from support: CM_Nokia-N99-2sim_E553_KT3ARVTF_E553_GPRS_MT6226_S01[1].01_1_16m_En_Fr_Vn_Ru_Ar_Th.B0M

it should repair ur D66+ because with all version available on support u will get Blank LCD

don't forget to uncheck "smart write" option
