New user - i have question - please help!!

Hi

I buy Infinity from my friend. He don't use box so he can't help me.

I install my Infinity Box and when i press on "Device Manager" i have "USB Serial port (COM3)" (like in attached photo) - is it good?

I have Motorola C261 and i want Read Informations just for see how it work. So i run software, select COM3, press in soft "Read information" and:

COM3 selected
Action: read information
Device: C261
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...

When i press power button nothing happend. Green led blinking very fast on box.

We must connect all cables to COM1 or USB connector in box?

Any sugestion?

br,
fingusio

hello!

for motorola phones is better to use regular RS232<>TTL cable.
but if you dont have it- then via box. Plug moto cable to left rj45 connector, this must be your problem if phone battery is ok
