Dc unlocker Not open Hcu and Dc phoneix working ok i have Dc unlocker 2 years support active.

Box/Dongle Serial No (S/N): CDE18B78

Same result sir i have hcu and dc phoenix activated problem only dc unlocker i have download again but same result.

you don't need to download anything.
just connect dongle to PC, close all other running exe and run only dc-unlocker client
result ?

yes sir i close all exe connect dongle ok but not open dc unlocker

i think no problem at all even Best cm2 sm module Hcu dc phoenix runing well only problem on Dc Unlocker.

I don't see any problem with you dongle.
You must be sure you are using LATEST version of dc-unlocker client.
