pls can someone tell me how to read the serial number on infinity dongle, that i can use to activate dc unlocker i try to use the serial dat start with 03 but is not working pls help thanks

Here is pictures: Infinity-Box - Support

Please, check pictures carefully. Dongle S/N is 8 symbols, Online Service Login is 10 symbols !

For DC-Unlocker activation you should use Dongle S/N.

1. login to your Infinity Online Service Account: Infinity-Box - Online Service
2. Go to "Products" menu
3. Select LITE or FULL activation
4. Enter your box S/N
5. Follow the given instruction and your DC-Unlocker software will be ready to work in 5 minutes

Thanks for answering me. But it doesnt make sense, if you dont want to provide support to your customers that are using dc unlocker with your product(BEST dongle or Infinity main box), why then do you accept to activate such services with your own product?

There is no any standard solution for that, but you can write e-mail to [email protected] and we will try to make such transfer.
We need to know your Login and your Infinity-Box DC-Unlocker account.
