Credits for users who don't have a DC-unlocker dongle needed
for one operation VS.. Credits for DC-unlocker dongle and activated Vygis or Rocker dongle needed
for one operation

where do we fall between these two users?
as to credit consumption..

eg. Infinity Box user with promotional Free DC unlocker credits who wants to unlock
Unlock Huawei U8150 IDEOS (T-Mobile comet) = credits?? how many??

users who don't have a DC-unlocker dongle = 10 credits

users with DC-unlocker dongle and activated Vygis or Rocker dongle = 2 credits

infinity box users = ???
