Dead E551 after format, now i want help

I have one Chines mobile E551 of unknow brand with restart problem,
i done format now it is dead (only LCD light blink ) ....
i send back up file and get flash file from server :
"E551_C4QF8_E551_GPRS_MT6226_S01[1].01_0_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_De_Th_Vn_Tr_Ar.B0M"

now i flsh this mobile with new verson v2.24
but mobile is not power on (only LCD light blink )
