your com port is defective.buy a prolific usb data cable for any phone and modify it to use as comport or modify ufs as usb too serial port.

UFS pin 4 rx pin 5 tx pin 7 gnd.
Uni pin 3 rx pin4 tx pin 7 gnd.
pl2303 ic pin 1 tx pin5 rx
use search button.

problem solved after changed the ic of ftdi ,,,,special thank's to walidb
