Charge battery completely.
Try to flash phone again.
If error still exist - you have a reason to check phone hardware.

thank you for your fast reply the battery is full of charge and i was flash another one working fine so i use the same battery

If you see the same error after several tries and with full batetry: open phone and check phone hardware. maybe water damage, maybe flash chip bad soldered etc...
