eMMC is dead. Change to new one or try resolder that.

If have Dump : Init Preloader ( Extra tab )
If have Factory Fw - Flash it.

Error reffer to DRAM initialization. Possible reasons - DRAM damaged in eMMC, or some other strange problem.

Battery, hw - have no idea where to dig more.

Hand set come with dead condition no detect simple usb cable
connect with Boot cable
