i change emmc of a desire 728 . now imei change to 42025 :)
can we repair security for this phone ?

Seems as not. Have no idea what happen with HTC device after such operation.
If you configured eMMC or got it from non-MTK device - there can be configuration problem as well. If you took eMMC from another htc - then you need make SOff first.
