Do you agree with infinity box new policy

. Each box registered before 01 January 2012 get 18 months (1,5 years) free update and support area access, after which the box is subjected for yearly paid activation for new updates and support area access.
2. All box activated after 31 December 2011 get free update and support area access for 12 months (one year), after which you need to purchase activation which is valid for 12 months (one year) of software updates and support area access
3. Free updates/support period started from the date of initial registration procedure (first smart-card upgrade)
4. After 12 month: each one more year updates/support period price will be 120 Infinity-Credits (about 40 USD)
5. User can see actual Account Expiration Date in Online Service or in Support/Download area
6. User can activate new updates/support period via Online Service in real time

Here mater is not one is happy or not

Infinity team one of the Best support team in GSM world.

From very beginning the providing free service with various products

After a long time duration they charge a very nominal amount ( approx 4 dollar per month ) only 4 main Infinity box.

It is not unfair bcoz to maintain server to make update etc etc is expensive

After that i will request one thing to Infinity team - Is it possible to those users not who paid annual charges to access/ download from support site , allow Minimum one file per day ?

All mtk cpu we can do without infinity box.

Yearly price is good if infinity team give good update i will pay for my 2 infinity box.

Team give 7 year free update that's right . That time no other box available for china mobile. Now we have many choice.

Infinity team need bomb update to restore there customer.

The 2nd policy was not met..

i just dunno if im poor at comprehending the context of the policy..
but as far as i know, it was not implemented for old infinity user like me..

Or they should make free updates for their modules in place of total support including Flash files support (My opinion)

im useing infinity since 2 yaers but not downloaded upto 1 gb data but close suport area why infinity is wrong im unhappy this team

Here is a new and bold concept for all - instead of wasting time whining and moaning on here about paid support and paid updates, use that time to build your business, then maybe you will make more money and a few extra dollars each month for paid support and paid updates would not be a problem

In short - GET A LIFE
