hi support...last time my my dongle is blocked...support email me that i need to activate my dongle its ok i activate my dongle yesterday i use it all day..but now i try to use my dongle its blocked again!whats wrong?

please help me..

try to reinstall software and turn off anti virus....it works on mine

i dont have anti virus i reinstall but same problem

check once ur pc may be any port sharing software installed.......this may be reason for card blocking

1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
And follow as written in above linked post.
