my dongle is blocked error code #31 plz? help me
after update show this logo


DongleManager version: 1.30
Locating server...
Server address found#1
Connecting to server#1...
Server connection successfully established
S/N: xxx, Firmware: 0116.02
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs.
Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. DO NOT try more !
Box is working well, no problems found, no reasons to cry, do not worry, be happy.
If software can not start (or SmartCard data is damaged) contact to [email protected]

blocked now for 2 weeks due to it was repeated many times: please, never post
your dongle details in public forum

u use old DongleManager version: 1.30. try DongleManager version: 1.32

Hi,
Still problem same, first time when i use your new one file it shows unblock key applied, after i open infinity cdma tool it shows same one error(Send+receive Error. ISO7816 Error 0X6985(Commend not allowed.Condition of use not satisfied)
Is it a some kind of joke with me every time playing by "infinityremoteupdate".

Plz tell me either you guys able to repair this or i have to purchase a new smart sim?
if i have to purchase a new one sim then why infinity? Why not other unlocker?
I am completly disappointed by support team of infinity?
You guys suggest me that your computer is effected by spyware or sniffing tool?
So you want to say that for using infinty Cdma i have required a separate PC.
Practically is it possible?

Hi team,
Plz read entire above detail carefully, and suggest me the possible suggestion or next one excuse or block my smart card as you done with other user(who publish his problem on blogging site).

Here i want to attract you guys that currently this problem is cumming very frequently. So why not you publish it solution? So user can repair their smart card directly, or TELL THE FOOLISH CUSTOMER(who purchase infinty cdma) DIRECTLY THAT WHEN THIS ISSUE RAISE YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE CARD

Hello Sir,

If some body came to your doorstep with his problem with entire one followup, then you called him(probably) hacker friend.

Is it your some kind of support?

The matter of purchase new one card is that if infinty team not solve issue what can do a user? Either he raised a issue or purchase a new one unlocking tool.

For your kind information i am not a single user who is facing this one issue, after a lot of disappointment they will purchase another unlocking tool.
Currently my reseller have five CDMA dongal with same one issue.He send a mail to infinty team but he had not get proper guidance by infinity team.
As a customer I am raising this issue you told me that "I AM A (probably) hacker friend".

No, No, No......Plz don't regrate for same. Try to resolve this one issue ASAP and stop commenting on your customer

We always help to users who able to understand the situation well and who able to read our instructions !

Now read my explanation (yesterday) about your dongle fault reason and read what you started to write back.
1. Why you did not checked your PC ?
2. Why you did not removed spy software from your PC ?
3. Why you lie here about reseller problem ?

I am not lying about my reseller. Till dated 7-5-2012 evening 4 0 clock he confirmed me that his problem is not solved, so tell me about ur support?

don't make it personal issue, try ur best effort to resolve the problem on floor, not on blogging site to forcefully prove customer is lying.

You only want to hear yourself, if you seen my first mail, then u never ever speak these things.

Again i am repeating.......I am a newbie user of infinity cdma dongal and i don't know how to repair lg rd 3530 blinking, So i was searching on internet and try to repair the phone, but suddenly my laptop was stacked; so i restarted infinity application and till now i am getting this one problem.

Here i want to attract you guys that if a new one user having this type activity warn him before blocking his dongal.

And i don't want to do share this experience here, but after lot of disappointment i came here.
