Card with specified not found! Smart card Api error #00000000 the operation completed succefully. I was reinstall window after that I reinstall Infinity but i cant run infinity box shell. Help me please

i have the same problem bro.i install it on my new pc and now it will not work.i test 2 different infinity boxs but same answere.any idea why?

nothing happened with my box.i just install it on my new PC, thats all.

what do you mean with pic of you intinity box?do you want the pic of the box?or a screenshot

Please, double check that you have installed drivers well.
See installation manual with pictures here: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_Installation_manual.rtf

Do you see all required devices in Device manager after installation ?

and after anew windows i have same problem
(dongle not found)

Some times i had same problem.
but now this problem has been solved by removing dongle from jacket of infinity box and cleaning by a clean cloth.

2. remove smart-card from box, gently clean it's contacts and install smart-card into box.
