dongle damaged
 
i have infinity box plus color blue working as well until yesterday.now all soft no working.

with dongle manager this is log with serial number:

Dongle serial No (S/N): xxxxxxxx
Firmware version: xxxxxx
Dongle identification data damaged, error code #33
"UK edition" status: Off
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username: xxxxxxxx
- Password: xxxxxxxx
Dongle parameters checksum: xxxxxx

tnx for answer bro, i cant use dongle and get error #30 in last version all worked best,

and when update with latest DongleManager i get error

1 email them with full log don't hide anything..
2 how to email with full details decribtion.look here
