Plz infinity team help me urgent, problem dongle data damaged #65, mail sended to [email protected]..

It is really good that you have informed us that you have sent an e-mail, but in fact, we answer to all e-mails not depends on posts in forum.
If you have sent an e-mail to us, there is no any reason to post here a message that you have sent an e-mail, due to in this case we have to make double work (read your post here, post here an answer that we have understand that you have sent an e-mail) and only then we will be able to answer to your e-mail.
It's just a double work but final results will be the same.
