SUDDENLY CAME DONGLE DATA DAMMAGED BUT HOW TO CAME THIS TYPE OF MESSAGE AND HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLUME PLEASE HELP ME INFINITY TEAM
AND ALSO I CLICK IN ENTER SUPPORT/DOWENLOAD AREA CAME MESSAGE AS GIVEN BELOW

Probably dongle [xxx] identification data damaged, error code #32
Upgrade smart-card firmware first !

Here is one more information for you (you can use it after 2 weeks):

How to repair "Error code #32, #65":

. uninstall any kind of usb-sharing software
. reboot PC
. make "Read S/N" operation via DongleManager
. contact to [email protected] and explain the problem so detailed as possible, attach full dongle details in your mail
. after you have got a confirmation that your dongle is not blocked forever (hope you will be able to get this confirmation): upgrade your dongle firmware with DongleManager
. never use any kind of usb-sharing software with Infinity-Box to avoid FOREVER BLOCKED dongle !


p.s.
"search" is the most stupid function in this forum due smart people never use it.

sorry sir i do mistake first time i think that is i put S/N in public forum i understand my problem it purely my mistake. But u punished me for a two weeks. iam requesting to you please give a solution how to update smart card firmware please support for us. sorry infinity team one more time

Please, never post your dongle details in public forum to avoid blocked dongles.
If you have problems with dongles just contact to our supporters privately by e-mail.
