Is this some kind of Joke?? before 3 or 4 years ago I buy an Infinity box with rupees 12000 from raza electronics(kolkata). but just used it for 6 month and support is off. all my 12000 rupees is wasted . and now when infinity is on then its ask me for credits!! ??

You really dont care about customers.. my email id is [email protected] and phone number is +919153396607 . im giving this if you team really care about an old customer.

Yes, you have started to use your box 2010-Jun-12
Paid support have been started in year 2012, so please do not make other people confused, you have used your box at least 18 months but not 6 months.

Yes, we are really care about old and new customers.

what ever u think , I've posted my email and phone number cause I thought you will see this post someday but not today. Its my luck that you have seen this post and did a reply of my post.

I dont remember that when I brought Infinity Box that is why I mentioned "3 or 4 years ago". But I can only remember that my Invest on INFINTY BOX was totaly loss.

"Please tell me what should we do with your e-mail address and your Phone No ?
Should I call you and discuss something ?"

As you are Product Manager/Supporter of Infinty Box and Im a customer , now you tell me what should I think about your products as a customer?

For today this thread have 1,016 (one thousand and six****) records about Infinity-Box software updates (its for Main Infinity-Box only, you can add CDMA and BEST updates records also when you will have a time to count it).

I do not think that any other team may show the same results.


My reply regarding latest updated for Main Infinity-Box as a Product Supporter:

Two options available:

1. FREE: Chinese Miracle-2 v 0.XX (Test Version)

- Chinese Miracle-2 (Test Version) Activation Process


2. Not free: Chinese Miracle-2 v 1.XX (Release) + New Updates/Support

- Infinity-Box update / support policy changes effective 01 January 2012

- Chinese Miracle-2 (Release) Activation Process


Please check both and select what you need.

You are trying to run software that require updated firmware.

When You Purchase Any Activation Like SPT Or Any Other New Service Than It Willbe Upgrade By Activation Dongle.

Without Any Activation Server Also Says Your Dongle is Up To Date.
