Dongle firmware [0130] is out of date


Dongle firmware [0130] is out of date!
Download latest upgrade _ client (Dongle manager )from support area and upgrade Dongle firmware
after Download latest upgrade

Hello,

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:

- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f

Download files here - Index of pub/drivers/

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager.exe
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid forever-blocked Dongle !

dear infinity team i installed 1.57 it says dongle firmware 0132 out of date update ur dongle firmware ...and when i use dongle manager 1.66 ver.it says ur dongle manager up to date ...so what should i do please help me...urgent

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - Infinity-Box - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

If you have active support - run DongleManager and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If your support is not active - renew support first.

dear infinity team i allready activated my account and i used allready mtk 1.56 tool but when i installed 1.57 tool and i opened it ..it said me dongle firmware 0132 out of date update ur dongle firmware ......thats my problem

If you have valid support period just upgrade your Dongle with latest Dongle Manager.

If you want to use latest Infinity-Box/Dongle updates and support area you should extend/renew Box/Dongle support period.

If you do not have Infinity Credits at your IOS Account:

- Provide to reseller your Infinity-Box/Dongle Serial Number

Latest DongleManager version is 1.66

I think issue is not a DongleManager version but Support validity date.

What is your Support Validity Date ?
