cant open cm2qlm says dongle firmware is out of date
have checked my support its still active

what do i do now have downloaded latest dongle mgr tried to update says
your dongle has latest software

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If your support is not active - please renew support first.
