"dongle firmware 0135 is out of date" when try to run InfinityBox LGS v1.03 - GSM-Forum

infinitybox lgs v1.03 dose not work as it should. i get this massage:

"dongle firmware 0135 is out of date"

here is my infinity dongle status:

Token
- Type: Infinity-Box/Dongle
- Account Status: Active
- Hardware Status: Ok
Services
- Activation 1: Infinity-Box/Dongle; S/N: D550C89D; Firmware Version: 0135; Registered: 05-May-2016; Expired: 05-May-2017; Support: Expired; Support Renew 1 year Support Renew 2 years
- More Services may be active but not listed

I already install the lastes donglemanager 1.70

Check dongle support Expiry date.

If Expired contact your
Nearest Resellers for Support Renewal.

Exacly support end in may 2017 need renew and update dongle firmware to 1.36 that is newest from few months.

Four days before the support ends (05-01-2017, 10:45), you release infinitybox lgs v1.03 on 1-05-2017 (that was i left the link above), but i alwasy get the same error.

It is supose any software release like mtk, qlm spdr and lg within my periode must run just fine.

please, review one more time the information i give you above.

I just need a clearly reason from your team.

REASON-You missed Updating your dongle in time. Why ??
Wait, Respected Infinityhelp or Yellowboss to give you a chance if Possible.

I did what you say. After update, now my infinity lg module works with no problem.
