dongle firmware update error


when i itry to upgrade the dongle firmware data, it show some error

here is the log :

Just download latest DongleManager and try to upgrade box again: http://www.infinity-box.com/support.php

From time to time new algorithms should be added in box firmware so it's need to upgrade box to be able to use new features.

Hi

Below is the reply from admin

This is a problem of damaged smart card keys.
recently we launched next dongle upgrade and turns out that some part of smart cards which are in use have blocked access. This is a result of work some unknown for us harmful software. It used up all atempts to access card and now it is blocked same way as SIM card PIN code. There is no chance to access this card anymore, so this cards can not be upgraded remotely or localy. User can still use his dongle with all current infinity programs, but will not be able to upgrade it. THis is current situation with this. Please ask me questions if smthng is not clear for you.
