Unhappy Dongle Firmware Update Isssue! Please help!

Hi!

When trying to run MModule.exe, i am getting this error:


I just downloaded DongleManager from support and tried to upgrade firmware, but it says, firmware is already latest, no need to upgrade.

Code:

Please tell me solution as it is very urgent.

You Box out of Support

You can Aktivate with 120 Credits and you Firmwaere is updatet and you have new Support with new Files/Software

I was just crawling forum and saw some posts, and as product supporter said (or I understood) - We must have active support period to update Dongle Firmware.

In such case, it would be better to say, that it is not only Support Area Expiration, but also our right to use main software is also ceased if we do not have Active Support Period.

Every latest Module may require updated dongle firmware, and we can not update dongle firmware without Active Support Period, thus we can not use software too.

Btw, I read it here - can't update dongle !!

Its strange that my Infinity-Box (9xxx Rupees Product) can not be used after 3-4 years.

Yes, we understand well that paid support is not good for users. We do not like such situation too, but according to market situation we decide to make that process.

Hi Bro!

Frankly speaking, Paid support is really NOT a bad idea, but it is limited to only Flash Files etc.

But if we need to pay to continue using the product which we bought for such a good amount, it really hurts.

We should not loose our right to use this tool at least at very basic ground.

And yes, if we need to download too much things off your server, it should be charged.

Just my point only...

We Believe that Infinity-Box is the Best Supported Box in the GSM Market.

in the Activation Issue Infinity team need to a special Boom or Different Special Update With this activation, then all of infinity user should buy activation.
