DEAR INFINITY TEAM TODAY WHEN I OPEND MY INFINITY TO UNLOCK C261 MOTORLOLA IT GIVES THIS ERROR Dongle identification data damaged THEN SILENTLY EXITS NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT EVERY TIME I CONNTECT GETS ERROR

HELP ME INFINITY TEAM

You can upgrade dongle now to repair it.
You have only one last chance. Next time we did not repair dongle in the same situation. Reason: please, think twice about usb sharing software installed on your PC (hope you understand what I talk about).

I have asked you to be careful. What is the reason to ignore my advices ?
You must uninstall usb sharing software, in other case we talk about nothing.

I don't see any reason to give somebody strange tries with our dongles and usb sharing software.
Please, think serious about this.

Sir I Have Not Ignored Ur Advice I Have Unistaleed All Sharing Software But It Was There In Msconfig In Services Now I Have Removed Full And Formated My System Also Pls Help Me I Am In Deap Trouble I Was Not Aware That It Is Running As Servce On Startup It Was Not Completely Removed Now I Have Formated My Laptop Pls Help Me Thanx For Support Sir

if i will install usb sharing soft and at that time if i will disconnect my infinity box and after finish my (usb sharing )work i will uninstall usb sharing soft
then is there any chance for damage my box???

If you have no usb-sharing software installed on your PC you have no reason to afraid anything.

sorry i am confused

so disturbing again
one of my pc have infinity installed
if i install usb sharing soft and uninstall after another work and at that time if my infinity box unpluged

after uninstall is there any chance for my box damage???

If you have that software installed: dongle may be damaged
If you don't have that software installed: dongle can't be damaged
uninstalled = not installed
