To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME

There is no any problem with your dongle.
You should uninstall all sharing software then delete fault.bin file and then run Infinity software.
