Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

Can't open InfinityBox CM2SPD

I can't open InfinityBox CM2SPD.
Other (like InfinityBox CM2MTK) working fine.
But CM2SPD can't open & not give any error massage.
I uninstall & install several times but still same.
Please help...

Do you have any kind of sharing/trace/sniff/debug software installed ?

If you can not provide file you should explain why have you used debugger with Infinity software ?

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2.
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
