Dongle is not connected - GSM-Forum

Infinity support please need your help, i was updating my infinity box, because i bought HUA activation to infinity, so when open de dongle manager, to go update CARD, in middle of procces my antivirus blocked de dongle manager and closed down the dongle manager software; after that my INFINITY CARD NO RUNNING, the box connect fine, but CM2, SPT, show de DONGLE IS NOT CONNECTED, same issue with dongle manager software.
