What should be the problem, When I connect my infinity box and run the program it said "Dongle Not Found" I tried my card to other infinity box still don't work...Is there another way to fix my infinity card? Please advice! Thanks!

sir actually the box is ok coz it can read if another smartcard is inserted. The problem is that the infinity card can't be detected...Is there another way to repair it? thanks!

What was happened with smart-card that it stop to work ?

It happen so fast and we could not understand why the smartcard could not be longer be detected.

Hello,

If smart-card was damaged during firmware upgrade we can try to repair it, but if smart-card just stop to work w/o any reason it may be a result of smart-card hardware fault and in this case it's impossible to repair it.
