Dongle Not found


Hi
Today i start my pc and when i try to open Best software i get dongle not found.
Until yesterday when i shut down my pc everything was working just fine.
I tried another pc same resault.
Is my smart card dead?

What can i do now?
I have a few addons on this card...

If you have another Card-Reader or box with Smart-Card remove smart-card from BEST and install into another card-reader.
result ?

Get this clearly Remove INFINITY CARD From its dongle,
Put it in any box you have eg, Z3X Etc... then Open Mtk Cm2.

When i put my card on z3x i get an error on windows ( Device not recognized) same as when i had my card on infinity box.

And when i try to start any infinity program i get dongle not connected.

Also have an unknown usb device on my Device Manager.

Now change Usb ports, & usb Cable
results?
make sure drivers installed correctly in device manager.

2 different usb cables
2 different usb ports

Drives installed fine

2 different pc with different Os windows xp and windows 10

Same resault.

Final Test z3x card on infinity box wirking fine.

1.go to c drives infinity best in best folder removed license_best file
2.check your sim reader
3.if not
4.run Dongle Manager 1.64
5.read card
6.if the card not found.
7. read log file in Dongle Manager
8.sand mail Infinity-Box - Online Service

Seems SMARTCARD DEAD.Did you tried to clean it with a soft cloth?

If smart-card can not be read with help of another card-reader in most cases it means card has hardware problem.
Yes, it's possible to move activations to another smart-card but please remember: It's possible to transfer Activation only to the same product Smart-Card.
Example:
From [BEST] to [BEST] - YES
From Infinity-Box/Dongle to Infinity-Box/Dongle - YES
From [BEST] to Infinity-Box/Dongle - NO
From Infinity-Box/Dongle to [BEST] - NO

You can buy new Dongle (the same type as before) and then contact to [email protected] to transfer actications.
We need to know your OLD and NEW S/N.
