Hi fellas lately i have been encountering this problem Dongle not found restart software whenever i want to run any proramme on my inifinity box.
so do to this i can't use my my box again.do anybody have a solution to this , cos it is driving me crazy.

Hello,

Disconnect/connect box again.
Check smart-card contacts, be sure that card contacts is clean and card inserted well.

check device manager if box is found as normal and ofcourse box comport number, if all ok then restart computer all should be ok.

i have disconected and reconnected the box several times but to no avail,
but i notice that now i connected the box to a system with internet connection and the box works . later the problem reappears,
and i have check on the smart card holder but i don't know what else to do,

did u check device mansager if box is found and correctly installed?
If so try to change usb power, and guive result.

I have to changed the fbus, mbus knob and software is back and kicking again.

Hello,

You should set FBUS forever due to MBUS is not used with any phones for now.

For sure Internet connection can not affect to box functionality.

Check your PC USB port voltage, it should be 5v.
Do not use any kind of USB hub, connect box directly to PC USB port.
