I have the same problem.
Dongle is still at 0112 firmware but donglemanager tells me it is up to date.
I have emailed support but no reply since yesterday.
Bit disappointed it takes so long . . . .

I think they must accept update for the dongle with the following serial number.So have to wait

Man calm down I also have one non working box in hands and also waiting
Yesterday morning sent message and still no answer,but I think tomorrow all the problems will be solved

who care man ! all this people told u that they have problems with infinity !!
