I Downloaded from Support Area and Install Sucessfully. when i Open Exe So Module Say Plz Update Dongle Firmware. And when I Want To Upgrade My Dongle so this Error Appear -------Process started:11:09:58 AM---------- Locating Emeralda server... Emeralda server address found. Connecting to Emeralda server... Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out. ----------Process started:11:13:38 AM---------- Locating Emeralda server... Emeralda server address found. Connecting to Emeralda server... Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 11004 ----------Process started:11:14:05 AM---------- Locating Emeralda server... Emeralda server address found. Member: 128745 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 16,936 | Problem Upgrading your dongle? 3-1. download latest "DongleManager" here: http://www.infinity-box.com/download/ 3-2. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough rights to access network 3-3. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled if problemstill exist: 3-4. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/download...da.ip_ver2.rar 3-5. unpack archive 3-6. exit DongleManager 3-7. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager 3-8. run DongleManager 3-9. repeat dongle upgrade process |
