dongle upgrade failed, trying for 3 days already - GSM-Forum

hi

i cannot upgrade dongle in any way

all i get is ----------Process started:12:55:10 PM----------
Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server address found.
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.
----------Process started:12:55:23 PM----------
Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server address found.
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

i tried both emeralda.ip files, i also tried deleting it nothing works

pls advice

Hi,

Please, double check your firewall settings, it can be that need to try to use other ISP.
Upgrade server is online and working and for sure one of 2 IP files must helps.
please, check again www.infinity-box.biz -> support for detailed instruction and settings IP files.
