in fact this error looks like firewall or connection problem.
Upgrade server online and working.
Anyway, if you will have this problem after you check connection/firewall, contact me by e-mail: [email protected]
pls include in your mail problem description and final logs.

please, make ALL steps one by one !

How to solve connection errors:
1. download latest "DongleManager" here: http://www.infinity-box.com/download/
2. unpack downloaded DongleManager in new folder (NOT overwrite old existing DongleManager) !
3. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough rights to access network
4. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled
if problem still exist:
5. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/public/emeralda.ip.rar
6. unpack archive
7. exit DongleManager
8. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager
9. run DongleManager
10. repeat dongle upgrade process

please, follow my advice exactly.
