bro just email to infinity support and say i don't use any usb sharing on network on my pc it unblock your dongle if you not share dongle on internet and have only software on pc this error also happen so uninstall any usb sharing software and good luck

THE BOX IS NOT MINE ITS MY FRIENDS

HE USED IT AS A PINFINDER AND USED IT TO REPAIR CHINESE PHONES.
LASTLY HE SAID THAT HE WAS REPARING SOME CHINESE PHONE AND THE BOX STOPED WORKING
