Dont buy INFINITY no support


Infinity dont know the meaning of support. I have emailed them about 10 times to get my support account activated but i still have a crap infinity box with no support. I might aswell give it to the dog to play with for all its worth to me. I recommend you avoid buying the INFINITY box. Go for furious gold atleast they give some support eventully.

Don't you think you smoke too much last days ?
Who asked you to make your 2 post with bad words about us ?

If you REALLY want to get your box activated you can send e-mail to me or send me PM or post your request he re in forum and your account will be activated in 1 day for sure w/o any problems.

Just want to add: your 2nd post (2nd of your in total 2 posts) was deleded by me due to it was double post (the same as first one).
Also if you want to say "sorry" personally to me - you are always welcome.

support activation is done automatically if you know what you are doing!

you dont need to wait for activation, register your dongle and you ll recieve your user/pass realtime online

Let infinity team confirm this to u..

I think this man talk about support site access (www.infinity-box.com), it's the only account that can be not activated.
But really Im not sure that he know what he talk about.

It will be not bad to know some info that can helps us to activate your account:
1. who is your reseller
2. your dongle S/N (you don't need to know any login/password to download SN-Reader).
3. when you tried to send your 10 e-mail ?
4. what e-mail address you tried to use as destination for all your 10 e-mails ?
5. who asked you you post this kind of messages here or what is your real name ?

Your nick suggest u only know abt home phones anyway... I m surprised y infnity not deleted such an immature post instantly... Infinity provides the best support in gsm world.. they r very serious in their work. as for buying some other boxes .. it is always good to keep all the boxes... i would only say Think before u Say

You obviously dont know the meaning of support either. About? 10 times? lol.
not even sure how many times you emailed? Are you sure tou'll know how to use infinity box?
Just for the record Infinity team give one of the most updated support in this industry and very quick on answering/solving problems we have IF you post in correct place. I notice that youve not requested any help in the forum just your 10 about emails lol

infinity box is one of, if not the best box you can buy for updates, support and they also release software which does exactly what it says it can do.

dont make it so hard for all of us who are using INFINITY BOX dude, i started using my infinity box last month and as of now i haven't encountered tha way you talk so hard in the forum...
if you really want to solve your problem contact InfinitySupport he's been there all the time helping us newbies...
saying sorry personally to him makes this forum great and fun, isn't it???
hope that your problem will be solve in no time...

INFINITY BOX still one of the best box...
