Downgrade Nokia E5-00 ?

Greetings!

I just bought a Nokia E5-00 (RM-632) with a software version 102.002.

As this version does not support AZERTY keyboard layout, I would like to downgrade it. I already have the required flash files (software version 71.003) ; therefore, my question is the following :

- How should I proceed?
- Which software should I install on my computer to do so?
- How do I install the aforesaid computer software ?

To make it short, I need a tutorial on how to do this stuff (this is my first time ).

That would have been my first choice, but my country have no more service centers for Nokia, as Microsoft bought the whole GSM division and do not care about old models.
