i am tryind to download the firmware and the flex and lp to unlock a moto c 139 and it keep on saying loading fail probaly damage data file how can i fix this problem?

It's not a problem but experience absence. You have selected wrong model and trying to load C139 flash files.
Select model C139 in software and then load files.

i selected c 139 in the software then i tryed to load the firmwares an flex and thats the result i get loading fail prob damage files

Hi,

It can be only one reason for this problem: files downloaded not good.
Please, download files again and try again to load files in software.
