Qilive m75q1 connectivity problem

Please,who can tell me why this device model number Qilive m75q1 andriod version 7 can't connect to the software. When power off while holding volume + & - then press power button for a second. Device manager refreshes with unknown device. But, cm2rkt2.02 won't detect anything.

Secondly, when power on the tablet(Qilive m75q1) the device manager display exactly the model of the tablet as well as the chipset rockship.
Any suggestions please
