Dear infinity team,
I was working with infinity, during formating one Chinese phone software freeze and then I tried to rstart the sofware but now all sotwares always says "Dongle not Found!"
Please urgent help What happened I don't know!!

dear friend uninstall your driver restart computer then install driver .100% solv your prob.

how to remove drivers? from device mana ger? what drivers, cabe? egate? USB Token?
even another computer do not detect..

Yes all go to divice manager and see driver right clik and uninstall.

remove smart-card from box, gently clean card contacts, install smart-card back.
If your box is under warranty and sealed you need to contact to your reseller first to discuss this situation to avoid problems with warranty.

Problem Solved! this was becaus of instaling JAF new version on same computer, JAF removed and all are ok!
