Hi, I'm having a few months with this problem
I even changed the windows
I formatted the hard disk
I scanned the computer with a virus
But the problem persists
When i change windows
Just 5 minutes is good

My problem is this error
the application error x0c000005
This error affects these programs-->> sp flashtool-- itunes-- moborobo --qoualcom driver--adb --infinity dongle

For example, when I get out of the zip, it's sp flashtool
There is no problem for 3 to 4 minutes
But then it makes a mistake again
That I must erase
And again from the zip
And use it

I have not been able to erase this error for 6 months
And maybe I change windows more than 70 times
And do all the solutions available on the Internet
I did not give it

I heard this problem from the computer memory(RAM) that my friends said
is it correct?

Problems with hardware.

In relation to your question, to be more assertive for kindness report:

What is the manufacturer and model of your device?
Did you recently add or change some hardware?
Sometimes is your windows its a bad "copy" advice "buy" or "download" another windows from trusted sources.

This error could be due to several reasons-
-Virus, Malware etc
-Antivirus conflict
-Registry problem
-Bad Driver
-Windows
-Ram
-And lastly HDD
So you need to check thoroughly step by step what is causing problem.

I think it's mostly due to the bad driver) Try to re-install and or update if possible. Sometimes it helps)

Can it be recognized that it is corrupted or healthy (RAM & Hard drive) With a special program (Tools)

as a first step you can test RAM with builtin windows RAM test tool.
to test HDD you can use windows builtin tools also, run test with bad blocks check.

also very useful tool to monitor your HDD health at regular base is CrystalDiskInfo - https://crystalmark.info/en/
