| E-gate usb smart card I have a problem with this point, after instalation STEP BY STEP the dongle. Your system now have three new devices: 1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator 2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader 3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card Well. point three is not in my pc, i tried to unistall 4 times drivers and i didn´t work. | hi infinity suport.I have a red infinity box.I have instaled all like in the utilization manual but in my device manager not appear any e-gate and smart card.I use XP with SP2.Please help. |

| Hello , can you open box , remove sim and insert again plz ? if stil same problem , can u insert sim inside any other usb sim holder and try ? |

| I finally made the box working but I have a problem unlocking a pan x400.The program says this: Device must be SWITCHED ON Connecting, wait... Err: no connection Connection Fail Finished I tried even in test mode and no result. Please help |
