Hello !

It's safe to remove battery. Remove/install it and try again.

Also, pls, send log-file to this mail: infinityhelp at yahoo.con.hk (replace 'at' with @), so we can analyze your problem.

Hi,
pls, send me complete file Log_E101.txt to check this phone history.

What to do:
Power on phone now with any Sim card, power-off it by Red button (don't remove battery for this).

Check, is your battery charged, charge it if need and repeat unlock.

e101

HI,

All OK now, many thanks for your prompt help, its just a matter of getting the jack plug in the right place.

In my opinion the INFINITY team offer the best box and best support at present.

I'm glad i choose the INFINITY BOX, it does everything they say it will do.

Best Regards
James

Hello !

I don't see any relation between successfully unlocked E101 and some things that somebody promised (as you told about "REDBOX,SAGMASTER,PAN,and more").

Better place for this kind of discussion (IMHO) here:

P.S.
What is "PAN" in your "Black-List" ?

i don't agree with it mr mansoor
because a good product speaks itself and they don't need any kind of advrtisement
panasonic x70 was a challange for all the software writers and infinty team accepted the challange. and nec101 made it more worth
in unlocking there is always a chance that a phone can get killed and there can be number of reasons for it for example pc, comunication between device and pc and power supply to the phone etc and i don't think we should always blame the product
thanks
