What is the problem with files downloading from support area ?

If you don't know how to dowmload files make this:

Here is an instruction how to get files from support area (support area mirrors):

If you have any problems with support area make so:

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area
3. If you can not understand what to do post here error messages that you can see in support area.
Remove any kind of private data from your public message in forum (f.e. dongle S/N, support area username, password) !

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong and how to help you.
