I have E71 TV+ 2sim and can't change the language!
Flash the phone with other language but the phone menu is not change!

firmware : MTK25_07B_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.T8-TX-DSIM-RS1-F1-5-SET-V03__fullflash_20100125-223804.B0M

what languages you had in menu and which flash file you used?

HI!

have activated "LanguagePackEdit" and changed one language pack to "Serbian" lang. But nothing changed.
I changed languages in lot of phones! This operation wasn't the first time!
I wrote the flash file in a phone and than you coldn't notice that you have a new file in the phone.
I tried 2 flash files (downloaded from support are) but nothing happened, the phone still had the first sw in it.

hello!

sounds like a miracle...Chinese miracle.
i can only advice to perform first "Erase whole flash" operation.
check if phone will not power On and next write new flash file
